Harrassing

Terrible. They make life extremely difficult when missing a payment, I haven’t missed a single payment in the last 22 months. I’ve since been retrenched and was unable to make payment. I emailed and explained but they will not answer emails and will tell you so when calling. Agents are not empathetic and will inform you that you will be called multiple times a day until payment or arrangement is made?! This is harassment. You have to visit a branch to submit documentation!!! Definitely NOT going to be prioritised when finances are much better. None of my other creditors are treating me this way. Gross!
