***** debit order on settle account

Hi,I have an account with connectfin (sleepmasters). Where I phone to settle my account with them. First i had to complain to them about the extra service fees they have add to my account. Whereby the person did remoce it and give me my settle amount whereby is have settle in a couple of.mins after have receive the email with the amount. I also send the prove of payment twice to the consoltant. I receivs my settle ment letter that state I own them nothing. Tonight the did try to debit my account again with the amount. Whereby did not give them aprovel to debit my account in the middel of the monrth whereby i only sign a debit order for the end of the month for the installment. How can the try to debit your account on a wrong date and you have settle as well.

Please think twice before you use there service. It look like you will never settle your account with them.
