FAILURE TO UPDATE BUREAU

Good day I had a sleepmaster account which was handed over to LANDAU, I settled the account in Oct 2022 yet its still reflecting active and in arrears on the bureau , currently my rating is impacted by this, i sent an e-mail to sleepmasters and only respond i received was an automated respond and no one bothered to call and check with me , this company doesn't even deserve a rating they don't take their client serious

I want the account updated today
