Extremely rude and very unprofessional

The WORST customer service I have experienced ever. In 1 day I receive close to 30 calls asking when will I pay my account even though I have already confirmed my payment date with an extremely rude man who was shouting at my over the phone when I mentioned that they call a person unnecessarily, wouldn't even let me get a word in. Once my account with Russell's is paid in full I will never use any company that uses them for their finances.
