Employees are lazy

Their employees have no idea what they are doing. My debit order was debited on the entirely incorrect date. Dealt with a Raydon A and a Boikanyo M (glorified title of Customer Resolution Centre). Neither could give me an answer and have since refused to respond to my emails. A simple acknowledgement of an error and apology goes a long way but I guess this 'company' has no customer service department.

Sat on the phone today for 38 minutes with no answer.

Will not recommend this 'company' and have left reviews with all the relevant enterprises who use them for financial use. Hopefully they will take this into consideration and actually take on a company who know what they are doing and provide feedback to clients.

Disgusting service (or lack thereof).
