Dubious Service!!!

This is so hilarious...I've been getting debited for the past 2 years and my last debit to settle the account went out yesterday which was supposed to be R988.81 yet I was debited the full amount which is R1650.08 and now when I call customer care I'm being told that I need to provide a bank statement and ID copy for the them to process the payment yet they've debiting on my account without requesting bank statement nor ID copy to get their money but I must send them when they have to send me back my money

I need my money please and immediate payment because I didn't wait for 7 days for you to get your money!!!!
