They have ******* service - their consultants do not seem trained in telephone etiquette - the never escalate queries - you speak to someone today, tomorrow that person is fired.

I've had a 6month fight with them because I pay but I'm still in Arrears. So I've decided im not going to pay anymore. You can't give me the right service, surely I have the right not to pay.
