Do not do Business with Connect Financial Solutions - They have NO SOLUTIONS

Horrible service! They DONT debit my account because it's the last payment. BUT they also forget to contact me to make an AD HOC debit arrangement. Then, I have to call them, and they debit the incorrect amount. They claim I agreed on the recording, but after requesting the recording, they have not confirmed my request for recording or given me a timeframe for when it will arrive. The answers Matseliso Mabuya gives me do not add up. And it can all be confirmed by sending me the recording. Which, for some reason, they are not able to do. WAIT INDEFINITELY appears to be their motto. Now, when I ask for a time frame, Matseliso says THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT WILL CONTACT ME. I am still waiting. Poor bad service. Don't ever do business with them, they appear to have no protocol and are very shady. Why not send mr the recording or just reply and tell me when it will arrive.
