Definitely one of the worst customer experiences ever

What a bunch of unhelpful, useless, ***********, rude, inept individuals at Rochester Furniture Call Centre; ***. 𝐖𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 without understanding the problem. To the women who was so over-eager to transfer my call to New Applications when my query relates to a payment and NOT a new application, please consider changing your occupation. You shouldn't be permitted to deal with customers. Yesterday, I paid card number *** but accidentally used the "𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭" option on the website. My account is not a NOT A LOAN ACCOUNT, but rather REVOLVING CREDIT. The payment from my Credit Card was successful but my account doesn't reflect the payment and I WANTED to make an online purchase for an amount greater than my available balance. I say WANTED because I am no longer interested in any dealings with you. I will close my account and you will refund me the amount by which my account will be in credit as a result of the payment.
