Debit orders taken after paid up letter

I have settled 2 accounts on the 11th September 2020, I requested numerous times for the paid up letters. I received the HiFi Corp one yesterday,but not the incredible connection one. Now both debit orders went off on those accounts. I will be taking legal action against you, I will also never do business with you again, I have one account still running when its paid up I will not do business with you again, I will make the public aware to this and I will take legal action against you for this,if you think I am joking you making the biggest mistake of your life.
