Debit Order Nightmare

I have been having a serious problem with connect financial solutions regarding my debit order, every time I get paid on a Monday, they will decide to debit my order on a Saturday, which is not the debit order date i have on my agreement with Bradlows. Their customer service is also useless when you call they keep on sending me from pillar to post. My request is to have the charge that my bank charged due to them debiting earlier be paid back by connect financial services. Your service is horrible to the core.
