Debit Order Nightmare

I'm so over this relationship with connect Financial solutions, to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement, i bought something at Bradlows of which is financed through this financial institution as per our initial agreement they're supposed to debit my account on the 15th being by pay date, however I've been struggling when the 15th falls on a Monday i get debited on the 13th being a Saturday of which i don't understand as to where am i suppose to have the money then, I've complained several times and nobody can't help me I've spoken to someone called Sfiso Nhlapo about this and assured me it will be fixed, this month the 15th was on Monday and till to date my account has been debited, i am the one who has to calls to understand why i haven't been debited, i spoke to someone called Nicole and she told she doesn't understand why i have not been debited. Bradlows must find a suitable financial service provider for themselves because clearly this one is *********** and i for would think twice before purchasing anything from Bradlows or anything that has to do with Connect Financial Solutions
