Customer service is a joke. Clueless.

Absolutely useless bunch. I'm not going into a store again having my details left open in front of everyone to see and discuss like it's a Broadway show. Had my details copied last time and people attempted to ***** from me. I was just requesting someone assist me with regards to the interest rate and application. The person on the line was completely useless and couldn't assist, constantly apologizing and not knowing what to say which doesn't help. You should send your staff to sars to learn how to help customers with regards to service.
