Connect Financial Solutions worst customer service experience.

Worst customer service, won't recommend for anyone to get service done through Connect Financial Solutions. Been calling for three weeks to get the settlement done and get a zero balance letter. Had ladies shouting and not knowing how to do their jobs. Lies are being told by managers about my bank being offline and having issues and also that I rejected the settlement to be done.
