Connect financial solutions is the pits!!!!

This call centre is pathetic, and the last agent I spoke to was extremely rude today. I do not know if these people don't do quality assurance checks on their calls. I am behind with my 1 month installment I made arrangements every month, they acknowledge. Then everyday they give you a call Atleast 5 or 7 times, asking the same thing. I have asked them to respect me as I am also at work, but if I don't take their call I receive a message that I am not responding. The last lady I spoke to this morning, even had the audacity to tell me they will call as much as they like because I owe them, whaaaaaaaaat!!! These are the kind of people that represent this company. This company is the pits!!!!!??????
