2 weeks back I received a message stating that my account is in arrears i called the customer service twice and they confirmed that I was not in arrears. I have never missed a payment I can proof it, today when I checked my credit report my account is in arrears. This people are unprofessional and I will advise people to not do any business with them, it's all *****. They're messing up my credit score.
