Connect financial situation

Never ever have I been treated so badly by a company. We had made arrangements to pay half of our account because of covid. Connect financial situation made the arrangements with us and now because we pay half they have totally messed up my credit score. They told me I only have to pay half for 3 months and then they will phone us again to see how our situation is. Now we get a phone call every single day and when you try to explain your situation the phone gets put down in your ear or you get screamed at. There consultants are very rude. Since I made a payment last week we get a phone call every single day 3 times a day. We have never had such bad service from a company. I will never do any business with them ever again and I hope you don't either. I have had it with these people and trying to explain my situation to them. Surely I am not the only one who is struggling with these people. They have no compassion for there clients.
