Complaint re Finance Arrangement

I opened a HP account with HI FI Corporation on 04.10.2021 I settled the account on 08.10.2021 I has to pay R1349 MORE than the outstanding balance

I only received a statement from HIFI Corporation AFTER I had paid the settlement

Please note - DO NOT WSETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM AS YOU HAVE TO PAY SO MUCH MORE
