Bradlows Poor Customer service (Connect Financial Solutions)

Connect financial solutions expect me to run around for my own money that they debited after I settled my account on the 28th of September 2020. On the 20th of October 2020 they *******ly debited my account with R1228. 00. I waited 7 days from the ******* debit that was processed still my money is not refunded back in my account. I contacted customer service 27th of October (today) about 15mins before 12H00 and spoke to a very unprofessional lady called Thandeka that couldn't help me and I ask to speak to her manager which was so called thokozani that could not even call me me back after I waited for 25mins using my own airtime. If I was owing Bradlows they were going to hand me over straight to their lawyers and why should I now run around to the stores and hand in ID copies and bank statements of Connect financial solutions an see they *******ly debited my account. I'm current stuck I. The middle of nowhere and they refuse to render a service to give back my money. How unfair, unprofessional and pathetic customer service I got from Connect (Bradlows). May I get my money back as in yesterday. I don't have food in my house to feed my kids because of you...
