Bad service from Bradlows

Settled my bradlows account that is financed by connect financial solution.I payed more money for settlement, I'm struggling to get my refund of 3000 rand.i have Bern calling them but the same number that I used to arrange settlement does not exist all of a sudden and I have been sendinn emails ,there is no response.Bradlows can't help but I took furniture from them and they are the ones that are connected to connect financial solution.Im so disappointed
