BAD SERVICE

I have a unforeseen financial difficulty, I called Connect Financial Solutions to set up a payment arrangement for the next sis months so that my account does not fall in arrears. They say they are not able to set up a payment arrangement as my account is not in arrears as yet so they will keep debiting the installment as usual and if I cant make the payment I must deposit cash into their account as much as I can afford. What is the use of a payment arrangement if they are not willing to help. To keep debiting my account and mess my credit score up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DONT WANT TO SKIP PAYMENTS I JUST NEED TO PAY LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
