Bad service

This is the first and last time I'm dealing with this company. I'm paying my account every month but when they send the statement it will reflect that I'm in arrears, for goodness sake how possible is that? I logged the complain and they will say it's been updated, following month same thing. This is affecting my credit rating. What is going on here.?Never gonna buy from them.
