bad customer service at connect financial solutions

on the 23rd of february 2020. i paid a settlement of what i was owing and notified connect financial solutions that i have paid. they notified me that the payment will reflect after three days but still they have deducted my money even though i settled it. when i call them the consultants have a bad behavior and they drop calls on me. on their portal it shows that i still owe and the money is not cleared and i need my refund on the money they debited
