Arrears on account

I settled my Russells account in November 2020. I owed R3238.72. On 5/11/2020 I paid R3383.22 (R144.50) at Russells in Promenade Mall. The account was updated to closed. But now when I check my credit records, it is in arrears, with a credit balance of R10. This has caused my credit score to decline by 42 points. I want to know which arrears is Russells referring to? Please can they just update my account accordingly. Account number: ***6
