Approved Debit check with no approval from the head office, really raise so many questions

I app**** for credit online was approved was advised to go to the store with documents, I went to Northgate Mall ,HiFi corp on the 27 November, I wa helped ,got sms while there that account has been approved, but from the shop was told its not approved,head office must approve it.they told me I will get debit check I mst approve it then they will call me. I left the store,few minuted got debit check,I approved,within 2 minutes the store called me,I told them I approved. They said we will call you once account it approved

I called to follow up, I was told no application on the system while Debit check is active on my bank account.I keep calling the store and connect financial solutions,emails back and forth. I got email that account is approved., I told them to cancel it, they don't wanna cancel it. I call the store yesterday to cancel,today i sent email to connect financial solutions to check if it is cacelled, still not cacelled. I have active debit order for the goods I didnt get, HiFi corp and Connect Financial services nobody want to cancel the account. Deserve - 2 stars service is bad. How can you sent debit check while the account is not approved? CANCEL THAT ACCOUNT
