Account paid in full over a year ago

Good day, I've had a very frustrating issue with Connect Financial Solutions where I have had an account paid in full over a year and a half ago but find that I struggle to date in an effort to have them update credit bureaus. My credit profile continues to be adversely affected by this company's poor service delivery.
