A joke of a company and it's employees.

I am so angry and disappointed with their services, I have an account with Russels, I requested a settlement amount and was given, paid on the 29th and was told that a settlement letter will be sent to me within 2 days of payment, which i havent received. Called tge call centre to request for the settlement letter and was told that i still have an outstanding balance of R6 and some cents... shocking! Requeated to speak to the team leader to understand where does the balance come from and was told that all the team leaders are ON LUNCH, was given a number of one of them called Thokozani, number just rings with no answer. The lady i spoke to, who was very rude and unprofessional is Lethabo, she does not know what she is doing. I later spoke to Nqobile, who hung up the phone on my ears. This company is a joke for real.
