Electricity cut off by City of Tshwane due to CONLOG non payment

We use Conlog meter for electricity. My understanding is it's pay as you go. To our surprise on Tuesday 15/06 City of Tshwane cut off our electricity due to none payment and the letter of demand read R2909.35 statement balance owing. Initially we thought it's rates so the landlord paid R3k again. But credit office later clarified that it's electricity and conlog hasn't been paying our account. We reached out to the office number yesterday and today. Not much is happening. It's a friday and weekends these reconnection guys do not work. Seriously guys we have lost so much already . Rotten food, we cant work from home we are losing so much money . Isn't this ***** worth suing them?
