CONLONG PREPAID METER ONLINE SUPPORT EXCELLENT

We use a Conlog Prepaid meter and had an error problem. Emailed Conlog support and immediately received feedback to register an account which we did. The error was already reported as an ticket and an email from Conlog was received to confirm such. Within 15 minutes of reporting the error code, we received response and assistance which helped us to resolve the problem. They are not only professional, efficient but also fantastic in the manner in which they communicate the whole time. After the error code was resolved an email was received to confirm that the matter was concluded. A survey at the end of the email in which we congratulated them on their excellent service. Well done.
