Terrible service

Worst experience ever! I had laid a complaint months ago , no one got back to my a women called for the accounts not paid and I had advised her of the complaint and told me to email which I did and ignored me but sent my invoice and ignored my complaint she then sent a rude and disrespectful email to whoever and I wasn’t meant to see but I was ccd in it she called acting all nice and asking me to ignore the email ! I am utterly disgusted
