Damaged goods and bad attitude

I bought a couch in Novemeber and on fixing it there were pi?ces missing, I asked them to take it back they refused and said they are contacting the manufacture and I returned there several time asking for their client service and there was a rude person in Customer service called Danny who told me the will not get the couch and I should wait for the piece to arrive. It is now seven months and the piece has not arrived.
