HORRIBLE SERVICE

I booked an appointment for 12 I arrive at the dentist 10 minutes before. I get to the receptionist desk no one is there. I ring the bell the receptionist slowly walks over to me and doesn’t greet up until I greet her. I ignore that. She hands me over the forms I fill it out and hand it back to her. 12 strikes and I’m not called. 12:10 I’m still not called to be assisted nor am I even told what the hold up is. A white man walks in, he’s greeted, assisted immediately and is ushered into the dentists chair while I have been there waiting for the past 15 minutes with zero communication for the delay. Receptionist and dental assistance are walking around have seen me waiting and no one at all has even tried to explain it let me know if any delay. 25 minutes later I get up tell the receptionist to cancel my appointment as I’ve been waiting for such a long time with no explanation or Communication. The receptionist just says okay and continues with what she’s doing. I left feel utterly dissatisfied, disappointed at their poor level of customer service towards me. As they showed they do have the ability to give customer service as they did with the man who arrived after me.
