BAD ETHICS!!!

On the 9th of February 2022,I purchased a second hand IX35 2014 model...CASH.This vehicle had a towbar,bullbar and side steps on both sides of the car.However the side step on the left hand side was damaged.The dealer then assured me that the damaged side step would be replaced.I made sure that the boss and the guy by the name of Leroy,who was helping me agree and had it written and signed on the back of my invoice. It's now past 3 months and all that I've received have been stories,being sent from pillar to post,being told that I have to cover half of the bill for a side step and finally being ignored. I urge anyone who is looking to purchase a car not go near this dealership at 10 Ambros Street,JHB,they are never true to their word and all that they are after,is selling you your worst nightmare. Stay away from this dealership and their cars!!!
