Condor Checking by Bidair Services in Cape Town are FANTASTIC.

While checking in for the flight to Frankfurt I realized some travel documents were missing, so I returned home panicking, arriving to check in expecting to be declined, but the Bidair Service staff were beyond fantastic, even running with me to board in time. This is HUGE, they really cared and did everything possible to help someone in a panicked state, THANK YOU, everyone, including Riana and Alicia and the fast-running gentleman, I cannot tell you how grateful I am. CONDOR is a good airline that makes flying to and from SA affordable. The staff are kind and friendly, look forward to use you again in the near future.
