Disappointed with Product and Service

I purchased a 32-inch HARWA TV six months ago, and it has already stopped working—the screen has no display at all. I was shocked to find out there's no warranty support, even though nothing was clearly mentioned about the limited 6-month warranty in the store or on the receipt. As a wholesale buyer, I expect better transparency and service. To make matters worse, the staff became aggressive when I raised my concerns, and I witnessed security being used to remove unhappy customers. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
