Condere 32" smart TV not smart at all.

I bought a Condere 32" smart TV and cannot use use it.. after trying all efforts the TV still won't connect to the WiFi. I tried contacting the Cindere customer support, I was told to send a WhatsApp, which I did and never got feedback. Frustrated
