House and Garden Subscription no delivery despite paying

I have paid for a subscription to the Conde Nast House and Garden magazine as part of a tele-sales drive in August. I have despite various emails, telephone calls and empty promises not received one copy. Today I am told I will receive my copy in February only! After being told I will receive copies as from September, promised in October to get back copies and definitely will receive it in November. All lies. I do believe this could be a ****.
