This man does not complete jobs after being paid

Dion came to install concrete countertops. After saying it would take 11 days, the job still was not complete after ove one month. Even though we scaled back the job to make it easier for him to complete, he kept avoiding coming to complete the job, making up excuses. The job is still not complete, and he even though he has been paid to complete the scaled back job. The workmanship is extremely poor, and we are left having to pay somebody else to complete the job, but also to fix all his mistakes.
