Concrete city lenasia

******** (Concrete City Lenasia) I ordered and paid for 2 plant pots on the 20th of Aug 2022. I was told by Nathan to come and collect them on the 26th of the same month. I went there and they were not ready. I demanded to be refunded. I gave Nathan my bank details. Until today I haven't received my money. I've now became a nuisance to them just because I want my money back. It's the 9th of September today. I wish to understand if they do like that to all their customers or it's only to certain individuals.
