Phumulani MKHWA****, Took my car for major service,realiese the code was too expensive R6000 than last service was R4300 and upon conformation, I ask them not to proceed because I did not have that much to service the car,shocking I was charged for labour and told that I needed to pay R880 for inspection, what a day light *******,the lady told us it took them the whole day to work on the car and we needed to pay for their time,they drained oil from the filter even though I asked them not to proceed with service ,they blooked our car from going out with other cars and took away our car keys and said we needed to pay for labour even though our car was not serviced, it was cold and we needed the car we end up paying so we can leave the workshop.
