Would absolutely recommend Gavin & Concorde Cars!

Thank you very much to Gavin and Concorde Cars for the incredible and honest service. We sadly had a vehicle written off in Durban during the flooding (April 2022), so began our search for a vehicle locally. After weeks of looking at overpriced and in awful condition vehicles, we expanded our search to Cape Town.

To give you an idea on how wonderful Gavin's service has been, I found the vehicle (Ford Eco Sport) on the Thursday late evening, he then offered to take the vehicle to my brother (30min away) to view on the Friday, by that afternoon we had paid a holding deposit and began with the paperwork. Without being able to sit and sign paperwork, this process took a bit of time, but with the guidance from Gavin and the bank we were able to get this done pretty efficiently. By the following Wednesday the car was enroute to DBN.

On the day the car was collected from his dealership, we received videos and pictures as well as a voice note from Gavin sounding just as happy and excited as we were.

Throughout the entire process, Gavin kept us informed and even though we were in different cities, we were well looked after. He even added my husband and I to a whatsapp group so we could both get info at the same time and responded patiently and kindly to my numerous and sometimes repeated questions.

Thank you very much, we absolutely love our car, it drives perfectly and is in beautiful condition. In the future, I would bypass my local dealerships and go direct to Gavin to purchase another vehicle.
