Head in the sand

<p>I was involved in an accident with one of you trucks (CY306258).</p> <p>This happened on the 13th of February 2017 on Isando rd. Kempton Park. I have send a e-mail on the 15th February and 04th April 2017 to a Willem at ********** regarding this incident. Up to date I had no response from him or any of the managers at Concorde Carriers.</p> <p>On 21st June 2017 I was contacted by an claims investigator from RCSI. on behalve of Santam insurance stating that they are investigating an accident that happenedf between one of the trucks of Concorde Carriers and my vehicle. Only then I relised that Concorde Carriers was feeeding the Insurance company (Santam) a load of bull to have some scraches on the truck bumper repaired. </p> <p>Up to date I still haven't heard or recieved an e-mail from any of Concord Carriers management or claims department.</p> <p>It seems that all of then suffers from the "Ostrige effect"</p> <p>I need the details for Concorde carriers’ insurance brokers and what process to follow to claim for the damage to my vehicle.</p> <p>Regards and hope the world don't pass you by!</p> <p>Eldrik Joubert.</p>
