Disgusting oh sorry NO service

Disgusting service from staff. We loaded vehicle on Thursday and arrived at 15.45 to be told rudely that they are closed. Sign board clearly States open Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.00. Well we unloaded vehicle and reloaded today. Arrived at 14.50 to be sold they are closed. I phoned office and a very rude lady told me they are closed. When I questioned their operating times she just shouted at me and said they haven't changed the board yet. I do not recommend this company to anybody and the staff are very rude.
