Terrible Terrible service

<p>I got a call from Concept Recoveries which is a debt conselling firm to settle my account. So i paid the settlement amount required and was advised that i will receive my paid up later within 14 days, so i paid the account in July 26 2016 and it has been over a month since i was advised that i will get my letter. i have been calling the company countless times and keep on hearing the same stories all the time, being advised that their are looking into the matter their will call me back but haven't received one call back from the company and the agent are terrible at their jobs. i thought their would help me but the company service is poor.</p>
