NO ASSISTANCE - NO RESPONSE - WASTE OF TIME

I've been trying to get hold of these guys via Whatsapp since July the 4th already and no response or assistance.

You guys are quick when it comes to sending me sms's with demands but don't even respond when I'm trying to find out *** is going on and what it's for etc. so I can arrange payments and so on... I just get spammed with sms's saying contact us on whatsapp and then nothing.

One auto response and that's it! Absolutely no assistance whatsoever...
