Received a settlement offer last month, tried to verified what was correct as African bank gave me one amount and concept recoveries gave me another. i rep**** to their email to verify, to date nobody has gotten back to me. where is the customer services. ive paid 475 installments to african banl, the amount i owe is so so ridiculous. tried to speak to african bank today, the consultant says debt rescue was not paying them consistently. who to believe? poor communication skills on both side. can someone competent contact me
