Inhumane ****s

These people where given a mandate to recover my outstanding Loan amount from African Bank,

They informed me yesterday & because I didn't get back to them yet. I get this email this morning.

ACTION TAKEN!! MRS ROELFSE you have not responded to our communication send to you. You have until COB (2022-11-22) today to make payment. Failure to adhere to this then we will get Judicial officer of DALPARK EXT 6 to deliver AEDO. Call now *** or Whatsapp *** to stop. ***

What gives them the right to threaten people like this, please can you advise what I can do to get this matter resolved.
