Disheartening Threats from Debt Recovery Agents

I understand the whole idea of debt recovery however this company has gone to another level to make sure that clients do not breathe until their debts are paid. I write this in hospital after being diagnosed with depression due to Concept recoveries calling me day and night and sending sms after sms and email after email for a lousy R200 payment. Not only do they call you relentlessly, their mails are very threatening and thus causing some of distress and ultimately leading to depression.
