**** organization called concept recoveries

I have an account with african bank that was handed over to this pathetic collection agency who has the most rudest staff working there. Despite being rude and arrogant and completely useless to an extent where they just hang up the call it seems that no one is listening to me. Every week i recieve a call from them to say there is no payment and threaten with legal action messages. Time and time again i keep telling them that my payments are being made direcy at african bank branch and to contact them for confirmation just like then can notify the bank of me not making payment according to them. No one listens no one makes a note of it and they keep harrassing me. Contact the bank and they will confirm that i pay every month in the branch via card. I cannot believe there is such a agency that exists like concept recoveries with the most clueless staff who cannot handle such a simple query. They state the account is with them and not african bank so they will not contact the bank to confirm payment but can confirm a default. What ******* is this and the lady i spoke to this morning just cut the call.
