Concept Recoveries need a clue

I have been repeatedly contacted by this company regarding a client who is not me, despite my clear communication that they have the wrong person. Their failure to verify their client’s details properly has led to persistent harassment. Worse still, they attempted to encroach on my rights by demanding personal documents, which is a clear violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This level of negligence and disregard for privacy is unacceptable.
